If you live in Jersey or Guernsey, Next Working Day Delivery is a 48-hour service rather than a next-day service.

We are currently experiencing some operational challenges within our dispatch process. We are working hard to dispatch all orders within our standard 5–7 working day timeframe. If your order has not been dispatched by the end of the 5th working day, please allow a little extra time before contacting us, as our team is actively working through orders. Should there be any significant delay, we will contact you directly with an update.

Good to know
If you select Next Working Day Delivery placed on a Friday after 2:00pm, your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

If you select Next Working Day Delivery orders placed over a bank holiday weekend, your order will be delivered on Wednesday.

Orders on our Standard Delivery service (5-7 working days) are dispatched closer to the delivery date, so you may not receive a dispatch notification until the fourth working day after placing your order.

If you have not received a dispatch notification, please wait until the end of the second-to-last working day of your delivery window before contacting our Customer Service team.

Next Working Day Delivery – Order by 2:00pm for same-day delivery processing and next working day delivery. Please check your postcode eligibility before selecting this service. (Excludes Northern Ireland.)


Delivery Process

Most of our UK orders are delivered with DPD, with the exception of some larger deliveries, which will be delivered by DPD or Pallex. Mattresses or large palletised items will be delivered separately.

Once DPD has received the parcel, they will email you directly, you can then track or divert your parcel to a safe place*. They will also email you on the day of delivery with a timeslot.

*When opting for the delivery to be made to a safe place, please bear in mind that our courier's drivers are conscientious and will use their judgement to decide if that location is secure enough.

Mattress and Furniture Delivery

We can only deliver mattresses and furniture to UK mainland postcodes. Non-faulty mattress and furniture returns will cost you £45.

We use Furdeco services for our mattress and furniture deliveries. They will contact you to book a delivery time and will text you the day before the delivery to confirm the time slot. On the day of delivery, Furdeco will call you when they are half an hour away. Please check you're happy with the mattress, and refuse delivery if there are any packaging rips which may result in a fault. 

If you ordered other items at the same time as your mattress and furniture, these will be sent separately via DPD.
